Thank you for your interest in the Seventh Annual DJ Venvertloh Memorial Golf Fundraiser. Please use the registration form below for golf and festivity registration. We have room for 36 golf teams (144 total players) and an unlimited number of participants joining the ceremonies. We do ask for planning purposes that everyone register using the form below whether you are planning on playing golf, or just joining in on the day as we want to have appropriate food and beverage accommodations for everyone.
